Hayley Arno

Hayley Arno has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Hayley began their career in 2003 as a Sales Assistant at Spar. Hayley then worked at MRM (Multi Resource Marketing Ltd) as a Customer Service representative, handling customer orders and queries, before moving into the Customer Care Team. In 2007, Hayley joined British Gas Business as an Account Manager, responsible for managing customer portfolios and ensuring they had the best prices. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Fosters Traditional Foods Ltd as a Customer Service and Product Administrator, where they processed orders, provided customer support, and assisted with product management. During this time, they also worked as a Delivery Driver for Hong Kong Chinese Takeaway. In 2014, Hayley joined Ryton's Building Products Limited as an Account Manager, focusing on telesales and providing advice on ventilation requirements. Hayley then returned to Fosters Traditional Foods Ltd in 2014 as a Sales Administrator and Telesales Executive, responsible for managing orders, promoting products, and delivering excellent customer service. Hayley'smost recent role is with easyStorage, where they have held positions as a Sales Coordinator, Customer Support Manager, and Finance Analyst.

Hayley Arno attended Tresham College from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Computing HNC. Before that, they attended The Robert Smyth School from 2002 to 2003, where they studied Music AS Level and English Literature AS Level. Hayley also completed various GCSEs at The Robert Smyth School, including English Language, Drama, English Literature, Music, Mathematics, French, Graphic Products, History, Science Double Award, and Religious Studies, all from 2000 to 2002.
