Tony Skinner

Customer Success Special Projects at EasyWorkforce

Tony Skinner has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2002 as a Branch Manager at SunTrust Bank. Tony then moved to GE Capital in 2004 as a Credit Analyst, and then to McKesson Provider Technologies in 2005 as a Compensation HRIS Analyst. In 2008, they took on the role of Manager at Focus Management Group. In 2010, they became an Account Manager Team Lead at CareerBuilder.com, and then in 2018 they moved to Benefitfocus as a Customer Success Manager. In 2019, they joined SumTotal Systems, LLC as a Solution Architect, and most recently they began working at EasyWorkforce Software in 2021 as a Customer Success Special Projects.

Tony Skinner attended Louisiana State University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management. Tony also attended Brother Martin, but did not obtain a degree. In April 2022, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
