Will Hicklen

Will Hicklen has over 24 years of experience in the technology industry, beginning with Matra Datavision in 1996 as a Sales Representative. Will then moved to think3 in 1997, where they held multiple roles in Business Development, Marketing, and Sales. In 2000, they joined Inforay as Business Development Representative, and was later recognized by Upside's Hot 100 and Fortune Magazine's list of "Cool Companies." In 2001, Will joined MSC Software as a Senior Account Manager, and was awarded for outstanding sales performance. Will then moved to iLumin Software Services in 2004, where they served as Director of Business Development. In the same year, they also joined CA as Senior Director of Channel Strategy and CA OnDemand, where they advised the board and executive team for strategic planning, emerging trends/market opportunities, and corporate development. In 2007, Will became the CEO of Ankota, where they led the company's development from concept design to product development, market entry, and rapid growth. Will then joined SuccessFactors in 2014 as a Senior Account Executive, Strategic Accounts - Healthcare, helping SAP's most important healthcare customers. In 2018, Will joined SumTotal Systems, LLC as Vice President of Global Alliances and Operations, and in 2021 they became the Chief Growth Officer at EasyWorkforce Software, responsible for leading all customer-facing and revenue-producing lines of business.

Will Hicklen completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Miami University in 1989. Will graduated from Lyons Twp HS in 1984.
