Zachary Besser

Zachary Besser has worked in the IT field since 2012. Zachary began their career at Bills Equipment & Rentals as an Information Technology Consultant. In 2017, they joined EasyWorkforce Software as a Senior Technical Onboarding Specialist and Technical Support Specialist. In this role, they provided clients with the training necessary to integrate their services into their workflows. Zachary also set up and maintained a variety of devices via TCP protocol. Additionally, they provided quality assurance internally for the software and provided input on what should be fixed and prioritized.

Zachary Besser obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Florida International University in 2016, majoring in Management Information Systems and Business Analytics. Zachary also holds two additional certifications, one from LinkedIn for Project Management Skills for Leaders obtained in November 2022, and one from LinkedIn for Cybersecurity Foundations obtained in October 2022.
