Eat 2 Perform was established to meet the growing and specialized nutritional needs of the Bay Area community. Nutrition impacts the way we perform in all activities of life. Competitive athletes, ballet dancers, executives and parents, are all in need of proper nutrition to maintain and perform in their unique lifestyle. Many individuals have calorie imbalances and are not meeting their nutritional needs. Whether it is through vending machines and fast foods or traditional cooking that no longer meets modern lifestyles, parents and coaches should be aware of how children are meeting their energy needs and how diet correlates to performance. We see a greater calorie imbalance now more than ever and it is easily corrected with proper education and lifestyle changes.
