From Private events, Product launches, Boardroom meetings, to Corporate catering and remote major event catering, we are able to assist with culinary catering, bar service, staff, equipment, venue hire, beverages, theming, styling and production services. We operate internationally and have catered to many events, festivals, corporate institutions and international brands including Adele, Justin Bieber, Google, Coca Cola, Vodafone, Amazon, Samsung, MTV, Nike, Adidas, Puma, Redbull.  We are contracted to many venues and facilities in Australia. At some outdoor and remote locations, Eat Drink Collective has the capability to operate with a mobile kitchen or our fleet of gourmet food trucks and food carts. Eat Drink Collective assists with administration, permits, compliances, logistics, site-management and financial aspects of operations.
Our vehicles attend major large-scale events and remote locations where we serve out of our vehicles to feed the thousand attendees. We are fully self-contained with power and water and our menus can be tailored suit any dietary requirements, and on some occasions have been tweaked to fit the theme.
Our dedicated team are also more than happy to dress the part!

BEVERAGE, MOBILE BAR & DESSERT CATERING
Our bespoke beverage and mobile bar catering services have been designed especially for us to ensure speed of service, flexibility and a great look to suit your occasion.
Eat Drink Collective works closely with a number of major spirit brands and champagne houses to ensure our cocktails are of the highest quality. With our exemplary standards of service and cocktail knowledge we create bespoke cocktails to deliver an atmosphere of style and sophistication. We also supply a range of delicious mocktails using fresh fruit and premium juices and splashes of purees and syrups and variety of healthy juices and smoothies.

EVENT DESIGN, PLANNING, STYLING & PRODUCTIONS
We offer an all-encompassing event design, planning, styling and production services to provide you with a wide range of options to suit every occasion. Be it a cocktail style or sit-down event for lunch or dinner, we will provide you with total event solutions including Event Planning, Live Entertainment, Furniture, Audio Visual, Staging, Theming and Decorations.

STAFF
We can pro­vide professional staff for the smooth running of your functions and events. We have personally handpicked and mentored all staff to assure the best service and presentation.
