A progressive business consulting collective with the freedom to flex. Plug and play directorship services to bridge the 'in-house gap'.

Eat the Elephant is a collaborative home for exceptional fractional leaders. We're practical people and we ensure you get it right. The collective covers a wide cross section of the C-Suite board:

- CEO
- CFO
- COO
- CMO
- CTO
- CIO
- CCO
- CHRO
- BA
- FC

Why we exist? Businesses increasingly need senior expertise without the full-time overhead. Fractional leaders increasingly want independence without losing community. Eat the Elephant bridges that gap.

Start by doing what's necessary, then deliver the possible, and then shoot for the extraordinary. Take steps > make moves.
