Kat Thompson is an accomplished editorial professional with a strong background in food and drink writing. Currently serving as an Associate Editor at Eater since April 2024, Kat previously held the position of Senior Staff Writer - Food & Drink at Thrillist from December 2018 to January 2023, and started as a Staff Writer in the same department. Earlier experience includes the role of International Editor for GIPHY in Thailand for a brief period in 2017, as well as an Editorial Assistant position at The Hundreds from June 2015 to September 2017.
