Akroun Ali is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in bakery management across various prestigious establishments. Starting as a Commie 1 Baker at Hotel le President, Akroun progressed to significant roles, including Executive Culinary Director at Sweetheart Kitchen, where leadership resulted in a dramatic increase in daily sales and annual revenue. Akroun's expertise includes performance improvement, inventory management, recipe development, and staff training, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and safety standards throughout a diverse career that also encompasses positions at Royal Catering Services LLC, Emirates Flight Catering, and la Pagnotta Bakery.
