Aditya Kumar

Aditya Kumar is a seasoned professional in the fields of energy transition and sustainability, currently serving as the Director of Energy Transition, Digital & Services at Eaton since June 2024. Prior to this role, Aditya spent over eight years at Honeywell, holding various director positions including Director of Product Management for the Sustainability Software Portfolio, where responsibilities included managing carbon reduction and energy optimization software. Aditya also led partnerships and mergers and acquisitions at Honeywell Connected Plant and was responsible for several service programs, including Assurance 360. Previous career experiences include roles at The Boston Consulting Group, Cisco, Soft At Home, SiRF Technology, and TATA Elxsi, showcasing a diverse background in management consulting, product marketing, and embedded software engineering. Aditya holds an MBA from IMD and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
