Andrew Phy

Andrew Phy is an engineering and product leader with extensive experience in developing durable products across multiple industries. They have worked at prominent companies such as Caterpillar Inc., John Deere, and Pentair, holding various engineering management roles and leading new product development initiatives. Currently, Andrew serves as an Engineering Manager for Critical Power Solutions at Eaton, where they focus on new product development for 3-phase UPS products. Andrew is also pursuing an MBA in Finance & Strategy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, alongside master's and bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
