Barbara Carmichael

Barbara Carmichael, SPHR, currently serves as Vice President of M&A Integration and Value Capture at Eaton since April 2023. Prior to this role, Barbara held various leadership positions at WTW, PwC, and GE, specializing in HR M&A, global benefits, and strategic development. Notable achievements include developing HR M&A strategies at GE and leading a global team for integration support during acquisitions and reorganizations. Barbara holds a BS in Finance from Siena University and completed the GE Financial Management Program.
