Ben Bercham

Ben Bercham is a seasoned professional in the field of energy transition, currently serving as the Director of Energy Transition, Business Development, and Partnerships at Eaton since 2025. Previously, Ben held various roles at notable companies, including National Director of EVSE at Rexel Energy Solutions USA and Partner Account Manager at ChargePoint, Inc. Early in their career, Ben gained valuable experience as a Customer Sales Representative at Hertz Rent a Car in the UK, and later as an Account Executive and National Account Manager at Fonterra in Australia. Ben earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a focus on Marketing from the University of South Australia.
