Charisma Brinson

Charisma Brinson is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and system management. Currently serving as an IT Analyst at Eaton since July 2024, Charisma is responsible for deploying and supporting hardware and software, ensuring high system uptime and managing ITSM processes. Previous experience includes a role as Client Technician III at the Mississippi Department of Education, where Charisma developed IT training programs and implemented a help desk ticketing system. Prior positions include serving as a VoIP Enterprise Solution Advocate at CSpire Wireless, providing expert support for Avaya systems and government projects, and as an Information Technology Help Desk Analyst at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, achieving high satisfaction ratings while delivering Tier 1 and 2 support.
