Che-Wei Kuo is a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Eaton, where they lead the Country Product Marketing team and develop growth strategies and pricing plans for major projects. They previously held the position of Deputy Product Manager at Schneider Electric, managing significant annual revenue and collaborating with global teams to launch products. Prior to that, Che-Wei worked as a Vehicle Personalization Engineer at Ford Motor Company, coordinating the design and development of vehicle accessories. Their early career includes experience as an Engineer at TSMC and a Research Assistant at Academia Sinica. Che-Wei holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from National Tsing Hua University and National Chiao Tung University, respectively.
