Chris Harrison is currently the Grand Rapids Site Plant Manager for Eaton Corporation's Aerospace Group, bringing extensive experience in values-based organizational development and lean manufacturing systems. Previously, Chris served as the Director of Operations for Suburban Bolt and Supply Company and founded The Pendo Group, LLC, focusing on organization development and technical consultation. With a background that includes overseeing global operations for ReCellular and holding leadership roles at Guardian Industries, Chris has a strong track record in process improvement and waste elimination. Chris is also active in several civic organizations and serves as a Subject Matter Expert and instructor for Wayne State University's Executive and Professional Development Department. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
