Daniel Treiber

Daniel Treiber is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness at Eaton since October 2019, Daniel leads initiatives for organizational design, team effectiveness, and change management within the Industrial Sector. Previously, Daniel held the position of Group Vice President of HR for the Electrical Sector Americas, overseeing HR for three divisions with significant revenue and employee counts across multiple countries. Daniel also led HR for the $2B Commercial and Residential Distribution Solutions business, managing a diverse HR team across various locations. Early career experience includes HR internships at Marathon Oil and Teng & Associates, where Daniel gained foundational skills in employee relations and recruitment. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
