Daniela Steinau

Daniela Steinau is currently an HR Business Partner for the Power Distribution Components (PDC) business line at Eaton, overseeing HR functions for approximately 5,500 employees across six production sites in the EMEA region. Previously, Daniela served as the HR Manager for Eaton's Distribution Center Rheinbach, where responsibilities included managing HR integration and negotiating various collective agreements. Daniela's HR experience also includes positions at Hayes Lemmerz Holding GmbH and Johnson Controls Recycling GmbH, where they managed HR-related matters for those organizations. Daniela earned a degree in Wirtschaftsrecht from Westfälische Hochschule in 2005.
