David Cepeda

David Cepeda has extensive experience in industrial engineering and operational excellence, holding various titles across reputable companies. Starting as an Industrial Engineer at SUMITOMO (AUTO SISTEMAS DE SAN PEDRO), David focused on setting labor rates and managing engineering change orders and corrective actions. At Philips Lighting, David served as a Senior Industrial Engineer and BU Leader, where responsibilities included improving manufacturing processes and implementing efficiency projects. Following this, David worked for Signify as an IE & SEM Juarez Lean Leader, coordinating lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement teams. Most recently, David occupied multiple roles at Eaton, including OpEx Engineer and Operations Superintendent, focusing on operational efficiencies. David holds a Master's degree in Production and Operations Management from Universidad Regional del Norte and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de La Laguna.
