Derek Baxter

Derek Baxter is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in project management and product design. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at Eaton since June 2017, Derek manages projects for enclosed control products. Previous roles include Senior Engineer at Eaton, where responsibilities included project engineering and designing industrial controls, and Product Design Engineer at Bradley Corporation, focusing on the updating of Emergency Shower System documentation and custom projects for hot water heaters. Derek's earlier experience encompasses roles such as Product Engineer at Visa Lighting, where technical project leadership was critical, and Senior Mechanical Engineer at DRS Technologies, with a focus on ship control systems.
