Eric Graff, CPIM, currently serves as the Materials Operations Manager at Eaton since August 2025. Prior to this role, Eric was a Production Engineer at Kempower, where responsibilities included leading the creation of material replenishment processes and designing manufacturing line layouts for electric vehicle charging systems. As Supply Chain Manager at Apex Tool Group, Eric utilized SAP and Kinaxis Rapid Response to support key customer accounts and enhance interdepartmental communication. Eric also held the position of Materials Manager at AKG North American Operations, where oversight was provided for scheduling, material handling, and inventory control. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager and Industrial Engineer at AKG Thermal Systems, focusing on manufacturing operations and process improvement. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, graduated in 2015.
