Istvan Kirschner has over two decades of experience in project and launch management across various industries. From 1997 to 2001, Istvan worked at Philips as a Family Coach, focusing on producing parts in line with the principles of 5R. Subsequently, Istvan held the position of Launch Manager at BOS Plastics from June 2011 to January 2022, overseeing the development of products and processes from prototype to serial production. Currently, Istvan serves as a Project Launch Coordinator and Project Manager at Eaton since January 2022. In addition to professional experience, Istvan holds a degree in Business Coaching from Budapest Metropolitan College, earned between 2015 and 2017.
