Jared Shively

Jared Shively is an experienced professional in materials planning and scheduling, currently serving as the Materials Planning Manager at Eaton since February 2023, after holding the position of Demand Planning Supervisor. Prior to this role, Jared worked at Cleveland-Cliffs Inc as the Senior Manager of Planning and Scheduling from December 2020 to February 2023. Jared's career also includes over a decade at ArcelorMittal USA, where responsibilities spanned from Manager of Planning and Scheduling to various planning roles focused on primary and finishing operations, and hot strip mill scheduling, while overseeing production plans for 3 million tons of steel annually. Earlier experience includes a position as a Logistics Intern at Emerson Climate Technologies. Jared holds a B.S. in Supply Chain Management from Miami University, earned in 2009.
