Javier Cobos is the Regional Quality Manager at Eaton Mobility Group, where they focus on driving quality improvements and customer satisfaction through data analysis and performance metrics. They have extensive experience in supplier development and quality assurance within the automotive industry, having previously held positions at Eaton Vehicle Group, including Supplier Development Engineer and Supplier Development Program Leader. Javier holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Universidad Tecmilenio and a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Quality from Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí. An active member of the AIAG CQI-17 Steering Committee and certified IATF 16949:2016 Lead Auditor, Javier is committed to enhancing supplier capabilities and driving organizational excellence.
