John Romain

John Romain is the Director of Product Management at Eaton, where they lead global strategy for Power Connections product lines, managing profitability and growth from $140M to $200M. Previously, Romain held various engineering and management roles at Yazaki North America, contributing to innovation and development processes in advanced electrical systems. They earned a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Romain's early career included a role as an Advanced Engineering Co-Op at AEES (formerly ALCOA EES), where they began to build their expertise in engineering and product management.
