Julius Chu is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in Continuous Improvement and Operations across various industries in the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as Vice President of the Eaton Business System for APAC, Julius is responsible for enhancing business processes and fostering a culture of improvement across more than 50 manufacturing sites. Previously, they held leadership positions at Eaton Corporation and Emerson, where they successfully implemented Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, driving significant revenue growth and cost reductions. Julius holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Ph.D. in Decision Sciences and Managerial Economics, and has trained thousands of professionals in Continuous Improvement methodologies.
