Jyotsna Shetty is a Human Resources professional with over 12 years of experience in managing the complete spectrum of HR functions. They served as an Assistant Lecturer at M.V. Shetty College of Physiotherapy from 2009 to

2011 and have held various HR roles at companies such as Eaton, Accenture, and UTC Aerospace Systems. Currently, Jyotsna works as an HR Business Partner at Eaton India Innovation Centre, where they continue to advocate for talent development. They hold a B.P.T. in Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
