Kathryn J. Wright is an accomplished leader in operations transformation, currently serving as the Director of Operations Transformation at Eaton in the Aerospace Group. With a diverse background at Eaton since 2011, they have held numerous roles including Multi-Site Plant Manager and Value Stream Manager. Previously, they contributed to Danfoss Power Solutions as the E2E Value Stream Optimization Leader and Interim Plant Manager. Kathryn earned a B.S. in Flight Operations and Aviation Management from the University of Dubuque in 2002.
