Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith is currently the HR Director of Operations, Employee & Labor Relations at Eaton, where they lead various HR initiatives. They have previously held positions such as Management and Program Assistant at the Department of Homeland Security and various roles at Eaton, including HR Generalist and Senior Human Resources Manager. Kevin holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina-Columbia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Louisiana State University. Their expertise lies in employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and operational efficiency within the HR field.
