Leonna Baker

Leonna Baker is a highly experienced supply chain manager with a robust background in healthcare operations and inventory management. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Manager at Eaton since November 2022, Leonna previously held the position of Senior Manager of Operations at Anderson Healthcare, overseeing multiple physician office buildings and leading a sizable team. Leonna's prior experience includes significant roles at Walgreens, where performance improvements in e-commerce operations were achieved, and BJC HealthCare, where Leonna was instrumental in strategic supply cost savings and inventory management initiatives across a network of hospitals. Leonna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and has obtained several certifications related to Lean Six Sigma, leadership, and facilitation.
