Lin Han

Lin Han, SPHR, GPHR, ACC, has extensive experience in human resources, particularly within the automotive industry. Lin began a career at Faurecia, serving in various roles including HR Generalist and Sr. Talent Development Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing HRIS systems and overseeing employee empowerment initiatives across manufacturing plants. Lin then took on strategic HR leadership roles, first as HR Director at Leggett & Platt Automotive, and currently at Eaton, where Lin provides HR leadership for the Global Products and Technology Mobility Group. Lin's educational background includes a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from Wuhan University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Dayton, and completion of the Global Leadership Program II at IESE Business School, complemented by participation in the Strategic HR Planning Program at the University of Michigan.
