Lisa Durst

Lisa Durst is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in global community affairs at Eaton since November 2011. In this role, Lisa leads philanthropic efforts aimed at creating positive social impact and enhancing employee engagement, managing a substantial global budget of $10 million. Responsibilities include collaborating with NGOs and cross-functional teams, overseeing community grants, and promoting volunteerism. Previously, as Senior Analyst in Public and Community Affairs, Lisa established a grassroots network to educate employees on legislative matters, enhanced corporate partnerships, and reintroduced Eaton's political action committee. Prior to Eaton, Lisa served as Director of Civic Engagement and Alumni Affairs at Cleveland Leadership Center. Lisa holds a B.A. in English from John Carroll University.
