Lisa Sutton

Lisa Sutton serves as the Vice President and Chief Counsel for Regulatory and Sustainability at Eaton Corporation, a position held since 1998. In this role, Lisa leads the global legal team focusing on regulatory and sustainability practices, managing diverse responsibilities in Sustainability and ESG, Environmental Health and Safety, competition, international trade, and defense security. Previously, Lisa worked as an attorney at Squire Sanders & Denpsey, where responsibilities included managing environmental litigation, regulatory compliance, and environmental aspects of corporate matters. Lisa holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and German from Miami University.
