Mark Roces serves as Vice President of Digital Service Operations at Eaton, overseeing the central program management office for Eaton's Digital Office. With extensive experience in strategic IT management and relationship building, Mark has held various leadership roles within Eaton, managing global service level and operations standardization and fostering collaboration among executive leaders across different product sectors. Prior to Eaton, Mark worked at Siemens Energy & Automation, where responsibilities included managing supply-chain process standardization and SAP implementation. Mark's educational background includes studies at Robert Morris University and Carnegie Mellon University.
