Matt Persohn

Matt Persohn has over 28 years of experience at Eaton, currently serving as Senior Manager of Program Management in the Electrical Sector for the Americas. Key responsibilities include leading an Operations based Project Management Office (PMO), overseeing project execution, and guiding strategic operations projects. Persohn has held various managerial roles, focusing on manufacturing programs, global manufacturing strategies, and engineering project management. Notable achievements include serving as a subject matter expert in program management and new product development, developing processes for multi-site industrialization, and mentoring project managers across multiple regions. Earlier work included a mechanical engineering co-op at Babcock & Wilcox, where expertise in finite element analysis was gained.
