Michelle Gee is currently the UK & I HR Cluster Leader with extensive experience in human resources spanning multiple companies. They began their career as an HR Advisor at MG Rover from 1994 to 2005 and continued to develop their expertise through roles at Carillion, Schneider Electric, and Eaton Corporation, where they held positions from HR Business Partner to HR Manager. Michelle has also served as an HR Business Partner at Wesleyan Assurance Society and has taken on leadership roles in HR functions across various sectors. They are pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources at UCE.
