Mike Nero

Mike Nero currently serves as the Vice President of Actuation Capability within the Missions Systems Division at Eaton since December 2021. Previously, Mike held several key positions at Cobham Mission Systems, including IPT Director for Weapons, Carriage and Release, where responsibilities included developing and executing comprehensive strategies to meet financial targets. Other roles included Business Manager, Contracts Manager, Empowered Official, Contracts Administrator, and Business Administrator, focusing on areas such as revenue management, contract negotiation, compliance with export regulations, and operational efficiency. Prior to this, Mike served in the United States Air Force, specializing in Electronic Warfare Systems. Mike holds an MBA from St. Bonaventure University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hilbert College, and an Associate's degree in Avionics Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
