Nirag Shah

Nirag Shah is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in driving commercial growth and market share across various regions. Currently at Eaton since June 2019, Nirag spearheads the Filtration Division's growth in North America by implementing effective pricing strategies and enhancing sales processes. Prior to this, Nirag served as Managing Director for FAUDI Aviation Asia Pte Ltd. from 2018 to 2019, focusing on business development and P&L management to establish a market presence for a new European company in Asia. From 2006 to 2018, Nirag held the position of Regional Commercial Manager at Eaton, where strategic initiatives were executed to strengthen market penetration and build high-performing teams across the Asia Pacific. Nirag holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University and an MBA in Marketing from Pune University.
