Pascal Morel is an experienced Operations Director with a background in engineering and management. They began their career as an Industrialization Engineer at Danfoss from 1995 to 1996 and subsequently held various roles at Schneider Electric, including Industrialization Manager and Plant Manager for MGE UPS Systems, from 1997 to 2003. They continue to excel in leadership positions at Eaton, where they hold roles such as Life Safety Division Operations Director and Head of Heinemann Business Unit, along with overseeing Power Quality and Emerging Market EMEA operations. Pascal earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytech Lyon between 1992 and 1995.
