Peter Hoffman

Peter Hoffman is a mechanical engineer and Continuous Improvement Manager at Eaton, where they have held several roles including Operational Excellence Manager and Continuous Improvement Engineer. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada-Reno, Peter has extensive experience in the design and maintenance of manufacturing processes and equipment. They have also worked as an Engineering Technician at Tesla, assisting with the launch of new products, and as a Project Estimator at Gardner Engineering. Peter is motivated to develop technical engineering skills and expand their knowledge in project and program management.
