Peter Yang

Peter Yang is a seasoned legal professional specializing in intellectual property law, currently serving as Senior Attorney-APAC and previously as IP Attorney-APAC at 伊顿 since January 2018. Yang also holds a prominent position as Chair of the Best Practice and Enforcement Committee at the Quality Brands Protection Committee within the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment since March 2017. Previous experience includes roles as IP Counsel at BRITA Group, Assistant IP Manager and Senior IP Specialist at Emerson, and IPR Manager at ZTE. Early in the career, Yang worked as a legal assistant at Leezhao Law firm. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property Law & Management and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) alongside a Bachelor of Engineering in computer from Shanghai University.
