Phil Becker

Phil Becker has extensive experience in engineering and production management, beginning as a Co-op Engineer at Vickers WHQ from April 1977 to June 1980, where assignments included the Aerospace, Industrial Valves, and Mobile Valve groups. At Vicker Aero Marine and Defense from June 1980 to January 2000, Phil served as a Senior Production Engineer and Senior Design Development Engineer, focusing on hydraulic marine products, armored vehicles, and aerospace components. Phil further advanced at Eaton Aerospace from July 2005, initially as a Senior Engineering Specialist for the A380 Hydraulic System, later taking on roles including Production Manager for Assembly & Test, and Engineering Lab Manager, overseeing large teams and managing production metrics. Phil holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University, an MBA with Honors from Millsaps College, and has studied Lean Systems at the University of Michigan.
