Rishikesh Rathee is an accomplished engineering manager with a strong background in product design and development, complemented by certifications in DMAIC, DfSS Green Belt, and ISO9001. They have extensive experience leading global engineering teams at Eaton India Innovation Centre, with expertise in launching products across electrical, optical, and mechanical domains. Rishikesh's past roles include design validation engineer at TJC, deputy manager at VE Commercial Vehicles, and application engineer at NEI. They completed a B.E. in Mechanical from A.C.E.T Nagpur and an M.Tech in Mechanical from IIT Roorkee.
