Rob Pascoe currently serves as the AAR OE Quality Lead at Eaton, overseeing quality management for air-to-air refueling platforms since October 2021. Previously, Rob held the position of Quality Manager for the KC-46 Wing Aerial Refueling Pod, acting as the primary quality contact for the United States Air Force and supporting customer needs. Rob’s experience includes a Quality Engineer role at Cobham Mission Systems, where responsibilities encompassed production planning and facilitating inspections and audits. At Curtiss-Wright Industrial Group, Rob focused on continuous improvement and compliance with ISO standards following a merger. Earlier experience includes working at Avon Magnetics Ltd, maintaining the quality management system and managing various quality-related activities. Rob Pascoe studied at Brockenhurst College from 2006 to 2008.
