Robert Billman

Robert Billman is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Eaton since October 2023, Robert previously held the position of Director of Manufacturing at A & E Tools from December 2021 to July 2023, overseeing operations and managing a workforce of over 120 employees. Robert's earlier tenure at Eaton from 2006 to 2021 included roles as Operations Manager and Senior Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on production processes and product development for medium voltage connector components. Additionally, Robert worked in manufacturing engineering at JL French from 1999 to 2005, concentrating on high-volume production processes for die-casted aluminum parts in the automotive sector. Robert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University between 1994 and 1999.
