Ron Garber

Ron Garber is a trusted advisor and legal executive with a robust background in corporate and transactional law, specializing in M&A and complex commercial transactions. They currently serve as VP & Chief Counsel for M&A at Eaton and co-founded The Yaya Foundation For 4H Leukodystrophy, advocating for patients and their families. Previously, Ron was a shareholder at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A., where they guided clients through various business transactions, and they also worked as M&A Legal Counsel at Medtronic. Ron earned a J.D. and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
