Ryan Olden

Ryan Olden serves as a Senior Principal Engineer in Compliance at Eaton since November 2022, focusing on military and civil exposition management, various compliance standards including MAA DAOS, UK CAA, EASA PT 21G & PT 145, and human factors training. Prior to this role, Ryan spent a decade at Cobham Mission Systems as Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing EASA and FAA conformity compliance and providing regulatory training. Ryan's career began at MEL Aviation Components Ltd as Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing satellite businesses and establishing an aerospace heat exchanger manufacturing facility in Serbia, and holding EASA Part 21 and Part 145 form 4 qualifications.
