Ryan Short is currently participating in Eaton Corporation's Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP), a three-year initiative designed to provide exposure to various roles within the finance department. Prior experience includes serving as a Finance Intern at Eaton and an Underwriting Intern at Auto-Owners Insurance. In addition to these internships, Ryan has been a collegiate athlete and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Ball State University, where enrollment commenced in 2018 and is projected to conclude in 2022.
