Shawn Cool

Shawn Cool is a Senior Power Systems Controls Engineer at Eaton, where they implement complex automatic transfer schemes and deliver coordinated automation solutions for clients. Previously, Shawn served as a Sterilization Controls Engineer III at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, co-developing project management programs and acting as a technical project lead. Shawn’s earlier experience includes roles at Dematic, where they designed systems for Amazon distribution centers, and RailComm, where they developed testing fixtures for controllers. Shawn earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2020.
