Shawn Wrathell

Shawn Wrathell, SPHR, serves as the Human Resources Director at Eaton since May 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Manager, Human Resources - Global Finance, Strategy and Legal at Whirlpool Corporation from March 2020 to May 2022. Shawn's career at Eaton began in February 2014, progressing from Plant Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included oversight of Eaton's largest manufacturing site in the U.S., to various managerial roles supporting sales and marketing functions. Prior experience includes human resources positions at MSU Federal Credit Union and Franklin Energy Services. Shawn holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University.
